Online Payment Conditions

These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our internet booking facility.

Payment

To book a tee time on-line please enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Your payment will be processed within 48 hours of your booking.
On arrival, please check in at the Pro Shop.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of making you booking, you will receive a full refund to your credit / debit card - please contact the Club on 01249 652040 to receive your refund

Failure To Cancel Your Booking

If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be no refund possible.

Course Closed

If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), your payment will be refunded in full - please contact the Club on 01249 652040.

Booking Transferable

The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend.

Our Payment Service Provider is Sage Pay (formerly Protx) – the largest independent payment service provider (PSP) in the UK and Ireland.
